Whether you have just moved to the community or looking to transfer care of your child from another medical practice, we welcome you and thank you for considering us as your child’s medical home. Scheduling Your First Appointment
If your child is on an insurance plan, before scheduling your appointment with us, please call your insurance company to determine whether Pearland Pediatrics or any of our physicians are on your plan. Once you know we are a covered provider, call our office at 281-485-9990 to schedule your first visit with us. Please have your insurance card available at the time of scheduling. Before Your Visit
Transferring of Care
It is very important that we receive all medical and immunization records from your previous medical provider(s) prior to your first visit, if possible. This allows us to update our medical records with important health history, prior treatments and/or procedures for your child. This information gives your new pediatrician the chance to review your child’s medical history prior to their first visit and allows them to make the best medical decisions for your child. Completing our Medical Records Release Form will make it easy to transfer your medical records.

The Initial Visit
We are excited about your first visit with us. Our compassionate office staff and pediatricians do whatever it takes to make every visit to our office a pleasant, relaxed experience. Please bring your child’s insurance card with you so that we may scan a copy into your record. Upon check in, if you have not already sent in your forms, our receptionist will ask you to complete them at this time.
