After-Hours Nurse Triage Service
When our office is closed, you can still receive medical guidance by calling our main number at (281) 485-9990. Your call will be routed through our answering service to our nurse triage team. They can provide home care instructions, help determine when emergent care is needed, and, if necessary, connect with the Pearland Pediatrics’ on-call physician.
This service is intended for urgent medical concerns that cannot wait until regular office hours.
Please note that a $25 fee per call will be applied to your account to cover the cost of after-hours medical advice.
Please be advised that Medicaid also has its own nurse line: the Medicaid Nurse First Advice line is a toll-free, round-the-clock number found on your Medicaid card.
