Deborah L. Gant, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Gant grew up in Galveston, Texas. She and her husband have four children spanning early childhood though adolescence. She received her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas. She continued her training with a 3 year Pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine affiliated hospitals. Because of her dedication to the care of children and adolescents she has chosen to open a pediatric practice in Pearland, Texas.
Dr. Gant is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of American Medical Association. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
In private practice, Dr. Gant provides comprehensive care of children from infancy through adolescence. She sees the role of a pediatrician as an opportunity to support families in their care of children dealing together with the development, behavior and physical well being of each child. Along with experience in routine health care, she has excellent training and experience in the care of the acutely ill child.
Jason E. Decker, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Decker was born and raised in Texas City, Texas. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees at Texas A & M University. He returned to the Houston area for his pediatric training at Baylor College of Medicine. After serving as chief resident for a year, he completed a one-year primary care sports medicine fellowship. Dr. Decker currently lives in Pearland with his wife and children. He is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Decker promotes a safe and healthy life-style for children of all ages. He is well trained in caring for injured children and children with special needs. Dr. Decker uses his sports medicine expertise by volunteering his time at local schools and caring for the student athletes in the community.
Jennifer D. Gray, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Gray grew up in Deer Park, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She then moved to Atlanta, Georgia to complete her residency training at Emory University and has now returned to Houston to practice closer to home. She is board certified in pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Special interests include parent education, preventative health care, adolescent gynecology and school based health education.

TRIAGE: We welcome your questions and are here to help you in the important task of raising a happy healthy child.
During regular clinic hours there is a nurse available by phone to help you with your questions and concerns. Our nurses have your child's medical record available for documentation as well as accurate information on his/her medical history. They are best able to make recommendations in keeping with the medical advice of your child's physician. You may find the answers to some of your questions in the Health Tips section of this website. Our nurses are very knowledgeable about many aspects of caring for children, including nutrition, minor illness care and common growth and development issues. They can also help you if you are unsure whether your child needs an appointment.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS: We request these be handled only during routine office hours. For refill authorizations, please have your pharmacy fax us the request.
WHAT TO DO AFTER HOURS: One of our physicians is always on call and our answering service is available 24 hours a day. If your child or teenager becomes sick after hours, call our office and the doctor or nurse will return your call.
Please do not call after hours for routine questions that can be handled during business hours.
